Hoarfrost by UrsulaOT Hoarfrost by UrsulaOT
Shining ice. Next frost on autumn leaves. All this has inspired the creation of the pendant from copper and aquamarine.

I found a suitable stone, but it is not blue, and light green amethyst. I would like to combine it with silver. :) I hope soon I'll show you what I got.

This pendant I made about 8 hours. But in the beginning I have had 3 bad design. Beautiful, but too blind stone. I had to redo it.

Thank you! This was the most difficult - to hide the stone in the metal so as to leave clear. :)

That's absolutly beautiful: a perfect balance between the pearls softness, the aquamarine reflections and the copper colour. And the photo is nicely done too. The fur add in softness and in "tribal-magical-sacred feeling".
I've no words for accuretly explain what I feel T-T

One thing, though: Does'nt copper oxydize ? It can become a problem with time, can't it ?

Thank you. I am very pleased and it is important to read your words. :)
Yes, copper oxidizes over time. But I am covering the metal parts paint to metal. And the problem goes away. But such jewelry not scratch hard objects.
